Steven (Steve) has more than 25 years of experience in the semiconductor front-end and back-end equipment industry. Before founding Complete Probe Solutions in 2009, Steve was the VP of Marketing and OEM Product Development at Electroglas Inc.  Prior to that, Steve held roles in Strategic Business Development and Sales Management at companies including KLA, Tokyo Electron America and Irvine Optical. Steve has lived in Europe and Asia and is fluent in German. He is a graduate of DeVry University in Phoenix Arizona.

Kevin Chandler, VP of Sales

Kevin has over ten years of experience in the semiconductor equipment sales arena. Before joining Complete Probe Solutions as an equal partner, he was responsible for US Sales and Service at EG Systems, LLC and Electroglas, Inc. Prior to his service at Electroglas, he was the western regional account manager for the test systems business unit at Tokyo Electron America. Kevin is a graduate of California State University, Chico and holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration/Marketing.

Michael Dean, Director of Sales and Marketing

Michael (Mike) started his career in the semiconductor equipment industry as a Field Engineer for GaAs front end equipment. Over the course of nearly 25 years, he has worked in all arenas of the semiconductor equipment industry, holding roles of increasing responsibility in sales and marketing, for companies such as Aixtron, Chrystal Specialties and Electroglas. Prior to Joining CPS as an equal partner, Mike was responsible for Sales in the Midwest and Eastern region for EG systems. Mike, who resides in the Dallas,TX area is a graduate of Phoenix Institute of Technology in Arizona.

Sancho Adam, Sr. Director of Customer Operations

Sancho joined Complete Probe Solutions as an equal partner and Sr. Director of Customer Operations in 2010. During his more than 24 year career in the capital equipment industry Sancho has held various management positions in Customer Support, Engineering, Sales and Marketing for Scania, General Signal, Electroglas and EG Systems. Sancho has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from HTS, The Hague, Netherlands.
