IMT 400S
The IMT 400S is designed to handle larger Hi-Fix and burn-in boards. Board alignment is accomplished automatically with built in Optics and an industrial grade PC based GUI. Complete cleaning is carried out by an x-y-z gantry containing the laser scanner. Contaminant removal is also provided by a blow-off and suction system that aids in the comprehensive cleaning solution.
IMT 200CT
For customers that require a fully automated solution, the IMT 200CT is the answer. The IMT 200CT is equipped with a vision system to automatically detect pin position. Not only will this machine laser clean each pin, built in capability will also measure the contact resistance of each pin after cleaning. This will ensure that your socket or probe card is laser clean and fully functional prior to being placed back in service.
IMT 600MV
The IMT 600MV allows for in-situ cleaning of sockets and probe card needles. This manual cleaning tool is portable which enables the user to clean the appropriate parts while the target is still in system. Safe operation is accomplished by not enabling the laser when the application head is at an angle greater than 30 degrees from level. Also available is a model which combines the portability of this machine with an enclosure to further protect the operator and their surroundings
